Last Thursday 14th December, the children in room 5, 1st class went on a trip to ‘Fighting Words’ in town. This is a charity set up by Roddy Doyle to promote creative writing. Miss Duane’s 1st class were very fortunate enough to get a place as there are huge waiting lists. A big thank – you to Jenny, Oscar’s Mam who organised this and to Sandra in the PA for providing the transport. They all had a great time!
