Our annual school book fair will take place Friday 8th November. Below are some details in advance of the day. This is the school’s annual fundraiser for class libraries.

Book Fair 2019
Date: Friday November 8th
Venue: School Hall, Scoil Mhuire

Sale of children’s books and stationery[reasonably priced] available. 60% of the profit goes towards stocking our library with new books.

Junior & Senior Infant parents are welcome to call in to help choose a book at their child’s allotted time:

Junior Infants Ms. Heerey 8:55-9:20

Junior Infants Ms. O’ Donnell 9.20-9:45

Senior Infants Ms. Ridge 9:45-10:10

Senior Infants Ms. Anderson 10.10-10:35     

You can also send  money in an envelope with your child with the book title requested. It may happen that the book your child wants is not in stock on the day as a limited number of copies is sent in. If this is the case books can be ordered but must be paid for on the day. Cheques can be made payable to the school. This year the book company have devised  a new phone payment system for parents who prefer cashless payments but this will only work on the actual day of the book fair and if the parent is present. The school processes the order and deliveries are usually within a week. If your desired book is out of stock on the day there are plenty of books, not listed in the catalogue, available on the day.
